Matte Painting: Fantasy Machu Picchu

I helped create this matte painting for a background that was tracked into a series of shots for a music video I worked on at Mutiny FX. I did the main 3D layout and coordinated the creation of the 3D assets, but other team members did the detail work on the 3D elements for the mountain and ruins. I did the final composite in After Effects. Throughout the music video the clouds drift and the sun slowly rises, gradually adding pinks and oranges to the scene.
